Spine / Head Exercises: For Alignment, Stretching and Relaxation: The Spynamics Sacro Aligner TM can also be used on different areas of the body to gently align and stretch other parts of the spinal column and to apply therapeutic pressure onto acupressure points along the Bladder Meridian along the spine and along the back of the head. The Spynamics Sacro Aligner TM provides suboccipital inhibition which produces a relaxation in the deep suboccipital muscles that are often the culprits in many cases of headaches / migraine. To achieve this simply rest the head onto the aligner in-between the ears. Relax, breathe normal and stay there up to 10 minutes. Do this maximum twice daily. This is an excellent migraine therapy! |
Caution: At the end stand up slowly and careful to avoid dizziness! |

Acupressure Therapy on Bladder Meridian Point BL 10:
Simply rest the head onto the aligner with the occiput at the humps and the skull in the cradle (see photo). Up to 3 minutes! |
Spine Stretching and Bladder Meridian Acupressure:
Lay onto the aligner and change position every few minutes to cover different areas along the spine. Place the head of the aligner in the lumbar or cervical curve (lordosis) to ensure that only the humps are pressing next to the center of the spine! Relax and breathe normal, stay a few seconds or minutes in each position. (It may be quite uncomfortable in the beginning!) You can do simple movements like boxing with the arms towards the ceiling and it is like a very firm Shiatsu Self Massage! This will help to mobilize and re-align the Facetjoints. |

Lean against hump / aligner / doorframe |
Swing both arms alternate |
Alternative Exercises:
Some of these exercises can also be done in standing position. The aligner is positioned against a door- frame and the body is leaning against the aligner. In the Sacrum position (see sacrum alignment in the beginning) the hands are pressed onto the other side of the doorframe while swinging with one leg (alternate)
>> in the thoracic area lean backwards against the humps of the aligner while swinging with both arms alternate. (change positions along the spine!)
Breathe normal and stay relaxed! |
Caution: Do not use this tool in cases of recent accidents, severe osteoporosis, high fever, acute stroke, acute heart trouble cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral aneurysm, brain and spine tumors. If you suffer from any other serious health condition check with your physician first before using this tool! |
