How it works

How does it work?

It is actually simple physics that are applied anatomically correct to mobilize and re-balance the human structures.

Mode of operation:

The Spynamics Sacro and Spine Aligners are used while resting onto them lying on the floor (use yoga mat etc.) with the tools placed correctly under the sacrum and/or lower spinal column (see instructions page).

Stay for 3 - 5 minutes (maybe less in the beginning) and start the procedure with simple movements (see instructions) that help to re-align the joints determined by the unique shape of the Spynamics Sacro and Spine Aligners. The Aligners do not manipulate the structures but guides them during the movements.

This self-regulation of the body into his natural order can happen very fast or gradually over time depending on the individual conditions of the User.

The part fixation of the sacrum in relation to the Ilium and the respective vertebral section of the spinal column can lead to a fast resolving of a joint-blockage with a double effect:
A mobilization of a hypo mobile (blocked) joint and a stabilization of a hyper mobile (loose) joint

The position of the body on the Spynamics Sacro Aligner allows the deep muscles and the ligaments of the pelvic girdle to relax due to the gentle pressure forces of the own body weight (gravity) together with simple movements and therefore regulates the natural nerve flow of the sciatic nerve and the associated blockages of the functional units of joints–muscles–ligaments–nerves that improves the disturbed nerve information exchange between the control organ brain and the corresponding body areas.

Based on the knowledge of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) important acupressure (meridian) points are treated alongside e.g. B 24, 25, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34.

Each vertebral segment of the whole spinal column can easy be re-balanced simply by moving the body, step-by-step, while the Spynamics Spine Aligner stays in position.

In combination with recommended therapies like Physical Therapy (PT), Osteopathy, Massage etc. (recommended is also the Dorn Method since the development of the Spynamics Sacro and Spine Aligners is based on its principles), and Self-Help Exercises the Spynamics Sacro and Spine Aligners can often fast lead to an improvement of pain issues and many other problems that are connected to the energetical blockages of the structural system.

SIJ and Pelvis Balance

The base of our structures is the pelvis where the body weight is distributed onto our legs and feet. Alignment in this area is most important !

Pelvic - SIJ Mobilization and Re-Balancing:

1. Find the correct position
2. Make simple movements
3. Feel the Balance

Spinal Decompression

The Spynamics Sacro and Spine Aligners allow a special, gentle, user controlled dynamic spinal decompression designed for vertebral disc compression but recommended for all.

Dynamic Spinal Decompression:

By simply using a little wedge (i.e. the turned around Spynamics Spine Aligner) placed under the Spynamics Sacro Aligner one can achieve an effective, dynamic, safe and gentle decompression (bodyweight induced traction-stretching) of the lumbar spine.
Our research and tests in comparison with several very expensive computerized spinal decompression machines showed at least the same effectivity as these devices in achieving an effective decompression and a fast reduction of stress and pain in the lumbar spine on Patients with lower back pain (several different pathologies) and disc bulges (herniated discs).
The wedge can be used as preparation for the active and dynamic Self-Realignment exercises with the Spynamics Sacro Aligner and may due to its relaxing effect enhance the Re-alignment process during the normal use of the tool.
» Try it out and feel the effect within less than a minute!

Comparison of the Spynamics Sacro Aligner (with Spine Aligner turned as wedge) and Decompression machines (and other traction devices e.g. inversion tables):

Spynamics Decompression:

  • Inexpensive (small one time investment)
  • Active decompression (using own body weight)
  • Traction direct via Sacrum (no ligament stress)
  • Flexible and mobile use anywhere
  • Decompression and active Re-alignment

  • Decompression machines (traction devices):

  • Very expensive (sessions costs large amounts)
  • Passive decompression (table traction)
  • Traction via Hip-Blade (Ligament stress)
  • Must be used at location of machine
  • Only Decompression, no active Re-alignment

    Spine Balance

The spinal nerves connect the whole body through the spinal cord with the brain. The body functions depend on proper alignment there !

    2. Make simple movements

    Head / Neck Balance
    and other positions

Many muscles attach to the head (occiput). Proper alignment of the cervical spine and relaxed muscles are very important !
Good sitting positions and a relaxed sole of the feet can also be achieved with the Spynamics Aligners.

    Triggerpoints:

Are you still using special trigger-tools or balls?

The head part of the Spynamics Sacro Aligner is likely the best triggerpoint-tool that you can find.
Because the Sacro-Aligner is not rolling like a ball but stable on the floor or mat the user can perfectly find and treat triggerpoints.
The design and material of the Sacro Aligner allows the best possible self-therapy of triggerpoints at home!

    Correct sitting positions:

Most people can no longer sit upright without tensions in the lower back muscles.

Frequent but short sitting onto the Spynamics Sacro Aligner can re-educate our pelvis dynamics and therefore positively influence the whole body to be more naturally balanced !

    Relaxed feet:

A relaxed sole of the foot is important to allow correct standing and walking.

The Spynamics Sacro Aligner allows an effective and fast re-balancing of the foot muscles and plantar fascia.
