I , normally, do not like to post testimonials for a product as this is usually only to promote sales and seldom shows critical comments or negative experiences. However many people wanted to share their experiences in the past so i decided to allow testimonials, critics or suggestions.

Ja dieses Teil bringt es wirklich. Leicht einsetzbar und man spürt sofort eine Lockerung der Verspannung. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Hat für mich langfristig sogar den Dorn Therapeuten ersetzt. Funktioniert für mich besser als alle anderen Verfahren zur Selbsthilfe im Bereich Kreuzbein. Nutze es bereits seit einem Jahr. Bin sehr zufrieden. Daher perfektes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Auch gut auf Reisen anwendbar. Fünf Sterne!
Translation: For me it replaced my long term Dorn Therapy session. It works better, for me, than all the other approaches for selfhelp in the sacrum area.
I use it now since one year. I am very satisfied. Therefore a perfect Price-Value relation. Also good to use at travel. Five stars!

Hat mich vor starken schmerzen befreit und mir damit sehr geholfen , ich würde es sofort wieder holen ! Bei mir waren es schmerzen im isg !! Vielen dank für dieses tolle gerät !

Mit diesem Teil bekomme ich endlich schnell Hilfe, wenn der Ischias zwackt oder ein Wirbel für heftige Schmerzen sorgt. Befolgt man die Anweisungen vorsichtig, ist es eine Wohltat, zu spüren, wie die Schmerzen nachlassen. Dieses Teil ist für mich jedenfalls sein Geld wert und geht überall mit hin.
Translation: With this tool I finally get fast help when sciatica trikes or the spine causes strong pains. If the instructions are followed carefully it is great to feel how the pain is going away. For me this tool is well worth the money and I bring it with me anywhere.

Ich hatte aufgrund einer starken Beckenschiefstellung und starker Schmerzen im gesamten Körper aufgrund der verspannten Muskeln schon lange Sehnsucht nach diesem Teil, aber der Preis war mir zu hoch. Nun ist er seit einer Woche mein und ich verwende ihn täglich wann immer es mir gut tut.
Ich bin begeistert. Es dauerte ein bisschen bis ich den Gegendruck aufgrund der Schmerzen zulassen konnte. Aber schon nach wenigen Tagen geht es viel besser und ich gebe ihn nicht mehr her. Besonders das Sitzen auf dem Teil tut mir gut. Es ist eine einfache Übungsanleitung dabei die optisch etwas altbacken wirkt. Das schmälert das Ergebnis allerdings nicht.
Translation: Because of a strong pelvic imbalance and strong pains in the whole body due to tensed muscles I already was longing to get this tool for long time but the price seemed too high for me. Now I own it since a week and I use it daily and its feels good.
I am excited. It took a while until I could endure the counter-pressure because of my pain. But already after a few days it was a lot better and I will not give the tool away anymore. Especially sitting on it feels good to me. There is a simple user instructions brochure with it that looks a bit oldfashioned. This however does not make the great results smaller.
